Robert G. Sanderson M.A. CCC-A Audiologist
Audiologist and practice owner Robert Sanderson has a Masters degree in Audiology.He is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association. He has over 30 years experience in the field of Audiology.Formerly the Director of Audiology at Tufts Medical Center in Boston he has specialized in advanced hearing device technology since opening Boston Hearing Services in 1984.He believes in a “patient centered approach” making certain that everyone he sees is fit with hearing device technology appropriate for his or her individual needs and lifestyle.
Lauren Briggs, AuD, CCC-A, Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Briggs received her Doctorate of Audiology from Washington University School of Medicine. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology and is a Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Audiologist.She has experience working with patients of all ages across the lifespan, as well as working in hospital, private practice, and educational audiology settings. Dr. Briggs has a special interest in pediatrics and has been published for her research in the area of amplification for pediatric unilateral hearing loss. She believes in the “whole person” approach to audiology and recommends the appropriate hearings aids, assistive devices, and listening strategies for each patient’s specific needs in their professional and personal lives.
Catherine Durnin
Catherine has been with Boston Hearing Services for twelve years and is well known by many of our patients who visit our Brookline office. Catherine primarily manages patient activity for the Brookline location including scheduling, patient records, billing, insurance payments and product ordering. Her expertise in handling patients is unequaled and she is the definition of personalized quality customer service.
Michele Gaita
Michele enjoys meeting and working with all our patients to help them enjoy the many benefits of improved hearing. She joined our staff in May 2011, and manages patient activity for the West Roxbury office including scheduling appointments, patient records, ordering products, and billing.
Bobby Mills
Bobby’s primary responsibility as Patient Care Coordinator is to reach out and remain in contact with our patients on an ongoing basis to ensure that every patient’s hearing health needs are met to our highest standards. Bobby works closely with Catherine and Michele in managing patient activity and scheduling for the both the Brookline & West Roxbury offices. With 12 years experience with customer service and sales, Bobby’s first priority is patient care.
